Surefire TotalPac2

Fail-safe preaction systems are available with single or double interlocked configurations using Viking's exclusive Surefire trim.

Using a trim arrangement exclusive to Viking, preaction systems with the Surefire trim will actually fail dry in case of total power failure, without filling the pipe with water.  This means the system will operate just like a regular dry pipe system, water filling the pipe only when a sprinkler head is activated.

This arrangement also prevents using unlisted "hot" solenoids with their associated large emergency power requirements and additional maintenance.  No need to drain the pipe each time a power failure happens anymore !
